copied this from another website:
remove your door panel, the plastic cover over the door, then the window.

if you roll the window about 1/4 way up you can see 2 10mm bolts at the bottom of the window, where it bolts to the regulator, unbolt them, while holding the window, then slide it up and out.

then there are......4-6 bolts that hold the regulator in, if you have the new one, you can see what the peice you are taking out should look like.
