Ok I had the same problem with my prelude when i changed out the bad slave cylinder.. Easy way to get it fixed is to go get a pressurized brake system fluid changer....or what you have to do is:

Have some one in the car
and some one right next to the slave cylinder with bleeding tool

ok steps:

Push pedal down
now open the bleeder screw
push the fork back torwards the slave cylinder till it stops
now close the bleeder screw
now SLOWLY release the pedal(if its stuck on the floor, then SLOWLY pull the pedal back up by hand)


repeat steps till u get the pressure back
do that and keep checking fluid level

thats how i did mines the first time and then i used a pressurized fluid changer next time on another car to save time
