well it had a 98 aba block in it. But it was rough so me and him pulled the 94 aba(forged with piston squirters) that i was gonna build then put in the motor. But i gave that to jason too when i sold it. He got everything, unfortunately i got bored one night and unloaded two can of engine paint on it-lol. But jason had it tanked and he is rebuilding it right now. Not sure if its on hold or not tho, cuz i saw pics on the tex where he was putting it in storage. Oh well i need another aba for my new fox.Originally Posted by thegreatfnr

Yea not sure what Jasons working on now. I think he bought that storage area at his apartements as a place to work on his cars instead of doing one of his famous apartment complex parking lot engine swapsOriginally Posted by Marta Mike

An ABA isn't so much a crappy motor as the MkIII is an overweight MkII. The extra HP and torque of the ABA in the lighter VW platforms makes for a pretty nice package.
