    Get a muffler that costs more than $50 (pretty much eliminates the Ebay ones, I know cause I have one); the internals on them are of lower quality so they degrade & it gets loud. Then get a resonator also

    A resonator might help. That's what JM did.

    "I want the biggest, widest, resonator you've got."

    His exhaust sounds okay.

    CRV resonator, Raceworks runs 2 of them inline behind the header then a turn down on their race Honda's.
