    Technically I think it is. But I've had all different kinds of bulbs, and have never gotten pulled over for it. Just get what you want.

    that's a ticket waiting to happen...you can get away with it in your fogs but you will be stopped for them in your headlights...might look cool but definatelly not street legal...all the bulbs I have used that were yellow said off road use only...my girlfriend used to work for Gwinnett county court where you pay your tickets for street infractions...stuff like that and LED's in the windshield wiper nozles are easy tickets for cops to write...they just looking for an excuse to pull you over and see what else they can find...why give them a reason...
