i put some neuspeed springs on my car and when i have my 45 pound daughter in the back my passenger rear tire scrubs the top of the fender well. i went to buy new rear struts from auto zone and the guy said struts would not have anything to do with it. and dont a 98 integra weigh more than a 96 civic ex. if so i have integra springs on it so a new set of struts would help or would they?
