SPEND THE MONEY TO MAKE IT PASS. ONE YEAR ON MY CRX IT FAILED BAD,REAL BAD SO I SWITCHED TO A COOLER SPARK PLUG CHANGED MY THERMOSTAT AND PUT SOME GURANETEED TO PASS EMISSIONS STUFF AND IT PASSED AND THIS WAS A ZC ENGINE THAT WAS WORE OUT AND I HAD ALL KINDS OF ECU CODES. YO UKNOW YOU GET A FREE RETEST IF YOU RETEST WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR LAST TEST.

Dude find a friend in a county that dosent require emissions. I live in lawrenceville and have a friend in Barrow. Just put his address on my title and had 1 bill sent to his address, went to barrow county with new title and proof of residence and bam, tags are legit and still dont have to pass.
