Anyone know how to pull and clear codes without a scan tool on a 95 Town Car. It has the digital HVAC controls so I am thinking maybe I pull and clear through that?

Anyone know how to pull and clear codes without a scan tool on a 95 Town Car. It has the digital HVAC controls so I am thinking maybe I pull and clear through that?
It should be by the ash tray or under the dash for the obd port. I had a 92 and the stuff was in the engine bay.
