We would have to make you custom mounts and axles, but there wouldn't be any cutting of the frame or anything. You're probably looking at $2000 for the labor on the conversion, that engine set is around $1800 plus $350 for shipping, custom axles and mounts will be around $600, misc items I set aside $500, and then you want to think about what you want to do with the exhaust (we do custom stainless mandrel-bent exhaust here) so you may want to do that at the same time, and lastly, I recommend having us do a full reseal/timing belt/tuneup on the new engine before it goes in. So a whole swap would cost somewhere between $5000 and $7000, depending on what upgrades you choose and whatnot.
