I personally haven't found anything wrong with my 7 lb Fidanza flywheel yet, when I had the B16 switching from stock flywheel (18 lbs) to 7 lb felt really nice!

    Do it!

i like running w/ the 7lb flywheel on my turbo'd civic. made a big difference over the heavy steel flywheel.

I'm using a 7-8lb flywheel myself. It's revs up fast as shit (but the rpms drop just as fast).
