What B20? B or Z? I'm gonna assume the B20b with the p3f pistons since it's the cheapest and easiest to find... (knock sensor, intake manifold, and piston is the major differance)

Either way the most beneficial and safest upgrade is a VTEC head but the block is still the weak link. By a spare block and a $39 engine stand and have it sleeved and build it from scratch with upgraded internals...then keep the one you have in now for a spare.

I've seen a b20z with a port & polished b16a head bored out to 86mm with K20a2 pistons (not the rods, just the pistons) putting out over 200whp...the torque topped out at 4,5-5k rpms and was flat all the way across to redline.
