Car won't start, to put it bluntly. I'm fixing to change the spark plugs as I bought the car, used, in November and I haven't done a tune up on it.

The car tries to start as in the engine is turning making the noise like it's out of gas(it's not...full tank). This is the first time this has happened. I'm going to change the plugs regardless of the outcome of this problem, but if the plugs don't help, any other suggestions for me to check on? I am going to unplug the fuel line to the fuel rail to see if I am pumping gas.
