For the drag strip you want to stiffen the hell out of the rear, you don't want it to squat on a FWD. Got a buddy with a N/A SOHC CRX running 13 flat or faster w/ a 1.6 sec 60'...the roll cage was welded directly to the rear suspension.Originally Posted by TheChosenOne

The rigid harsh bouncing is caused by a stiff spring that doesn't have a shock with matching rebound and dampening...like 90% of mini trucks scraping the hwy. reflectors up. You'll get that from a lowering spring on a stock or blown shock...or one with no shock at all.
The suspension on the Raceworks Del Sol's is around $1,400 PER corner and took 8 years of R&D to get the perfect setup. It's a custom true coil-over dampener setup from Advance Design/Ground Control, they have over 200 applications using 175 differant Eibach springs...not exactly you're $199.99 Ground Control sleeve setup you're used to seeinghttp://www.ground-control-store.com/...egory.php/CA=4
