u will notice the differance in the AP1(2000-2003) and AP2(2004-2007)
the AP1 is the silver one and has a f20c whick revs to 9k
the AP2 is the blue one and it has a f22c. the f22c revs to 8200k but makes a little more tourqe.
if u are really gonna go boost i would go with the AP1 with the f20c because u have a higher redline which mean more revs to be in boost. while some may say the extra .2 liters will make the turbo spool faster but i dont think that .2 liters will make up for the 800rpm powerband
notice the diffeance in the front bumpers, the silver is the ap1 and the blue is ap2 front bumpers.....
oh and the black one is the fast one
