Went to fill up yesterday morning and some jack@ss had crossed the 87 octane pump and the diesel pump. Being in a hurry, I didn't even check to see where the hoses were running and thus, pumped about a gallon and a half of diesel in my car before realizing what I was doing. Yeah, I feel dumb so don't start.

So here's my dilemma. My gastank holds a little over 10 gallons. After pumping in a gallon and half of diesel, I quickly swapped over and proceeded to fill the rest of the tank with 93 octane premium fuel. Will this dilute(sp?) the fuel enough so that it doesn't cause any serious problems? The car has already stuttered a bit on the road and when taking off in first gear. No smoke yet, so I'm hoping that's a good thing. Anyone got any advice other than changing the fuel filter here in a little bit? I'm already going to do that. Thanks.
