because $700 is expensive. and if i can rebuild it i can get the rebuild kit for like $65 shipped. so...$65 vs $700. you got $700 to spare and ill buy the t28. then you can pay for my spexi and tuning too. so yea, right now, to get the motor running right, $65 is alot better option.
