quoted for truth. after the warrenty is up they become expensive. my dad just sold his 98 2.8 awd and bought a fit because of maintenance.

Yeah my family is all VW/Audi or we were. My sister has a B5 A4 2.8 and my mom had a 98 A6 2.8 Quattro. There was always something wrong with them...always. They are extremely nice cars and they are a lot of fun to drive, but I dont think that they are worth it.

But my sister has had the A4 and been through all this shit but wouldnt have it any other way, she loves the car.

Yeah, I was VW loyal until I traded in my Bug on a Honda. But if they're like VW, then if they are properly maintained and taken care of then they will last forever.

I dont think they are like VW's. My VW goes to the shop maybe....once every sixth months, if that much... But with Audis more and more goes wrong normally not the same thing either, you just keep fixing something new.
