abs to non abs

i bought the jdm front for the integra and ripped out the abs so that i may install the factory hid's. i went as far as buying the 94 rs non abs lines and master cylinder. for some reason the brakes seem to slowly fill with fluid and then stay compressed for awhile and then release back into the master cylinder and resivoir. any suggestions on how to get tehm from becoming compressed? i was told by the great guys of advanced auto that they might have rust in the calipers but i dont think so for they dont lock up. its like driving along and appling a little pressure to the brakes and a midget is in the floorboard holding the pedal where i last left it. until they are completely compressed then the midget slowly(20-30 mins later) removes his foot allowing me the ability to drive home before the little guy does it again!'

is there a difference between abs and non abs brake boosters? calipers?
