    Default Windshield wiper woes

Ok windshield wipers work, try to spray the washer fluid, all I get is motor whine....
Take the splice apart under the hood and I can blow through it both ways(fluid bubbles in the tank, and air/mist of fluid through the washer nozzles)

Yet I can't get the pump to push the fluid through them(front and rear)

Anything I can do to test to make sure it's the pump(electrical work?)

Also any good place to get used/replacement parts?

for what it matters this is a 00 Integra LS

Go to a parts store and buy a new one. They are surprisingly universal.
