Integra LS(4spd) I'm lost

Hello I recently had a 2000 Acura Integra LS(automatic) given to me to pay off a debt.
I was wondering what you would suggest for modifications to this car to give it more power, keep it Emissions legal.
I do not mind builing up the transmission, or any part of the drive line for additional power. Looking to least get it up 20-30hp.......Would love to see 60-100 extra ponies though.

^^^True. Even if you did get the power you are looking forward too. You would loose all of it by the time it gets through the transmission.

1) Car needs to remain an auto, goes to my daughter when she gets her license this fall
2) I just want it fixed up with a lil more power to get up and move for her
3) it's her first car, I figured simple mods would make her happy and get her addicted

just do basic bolt ons lower it BUT DO NOT PUT AN AFTERMARKET MUFFLER ON AN AUTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IT'S GAY AND SOUNDS STUPID HAS NO POINT!!!UNLESS YOU ARE MEXICAN THAN PUT THE EXHAUST ON THE AUTO WITH SOME APC STICKERS AND SPINNER HUBCAPS AND DO WHAT YOURE PEOPLE DO.....RICE SHIT OUT! g/l

What kind of bolts on(brand wise) do you suggest? Where is good place to get parts?
