EMMISSION HELP/INFO!!!!

my car is not in a running condition, but it's time for me to do my emmission to renew my tag!!! Does any one know what can be done? I greatly appreciate any help that i can get.

ill eventually have the car running again. but with the current set up, i wont be able to PASS emmission.

You will have to wait until its running well enough again to pass emissions. You can't just renew the tag on your non-running car like that, you can pay the fee so that you keep the tag, but you will have to get it to pass emissions then go back to the tag office to get the new sticker for the tag.
