What brand retainers are these.?

I've seen these on eBay, they are for B-Series VTEC. And they are weird and blue in color..What brand are those, or are they just a cheap made aftermarket brand.?

oh i would NOT use those! don't know the brand but i wouldn't put anything colored inside my motor. not to mention anything with no name brand inside or outside my motor. but goodluck

yeah, me neither,.. it does look odd cause of the color on them..
