HC- ppm Reading was 204 Allowable 174
CO%- Reading was 5.10 Allowable 1.12
Anybody knows what this means? I need help! These are the only things that failed. on 25/25 test. Thanks!

It meens you have too much unburnt fuels going out your exhaust, or a product of incomplete combustion... you can try to run the car at a higher rpm in a lower gear, increasing nox but lowering alll others... if you need help pm me

It means the DMV has placed c4 in your gas tank and you now have 72 hours to get your exhaust fixed before they detonate it...
