ok do the following
take off the hub to make it easier, put it in a vice, hammer out the old studs through the back. Then put the new ones in, put a lugnut on and tighten down like a motha fooker. Then put it back on the car and put the wheel on. torque, and drive for a lil bit doung turns, and recheck. Im sure there are other ways to do it, but thats mine.
