i am orderin the mounts today , i am talkin about any kind of preventive maintenance , and anything that should be swapped out while the motor is out of the car , i know it is easier to do the timing belt when it is out of the car , that kind of stuff

e erytime i did a swap it was TB, WP, PLugs & wires, thermos, oil pump(might not be needed but did it anyway), cap and rotor. a Head gasket would be good too.

when the engine was running FI clean up, and ran it for about 5 mintues with 3 quarts of engines oil and 1 quart of trans fliud, drain that and fill it back up with motor oil of your choice.

All the seals comes from a 99 civic si or del sol vtec. The clutch is a 90-91 da. Oh yeah rear main seal in 90-91 da too. Starter, alternator, cap and rotor 90-92 da.

well lets start off with what your b16 came out of, I'm assuming its OBD-0 and came for a EF correct? If that is the case and you have all the necessary parts like half shaft, axles, mounts, shift linkage, etc. Then all you really need is timing belt and water pump for freshin up the motor before droppin it (recommended but not mandatory).

Ball park (depends on your connect)
timing belt + water pump (OEM) - $150 or so
    Spark plugs (NGK) - $10-20
    Ignition wires - (NGK) - $40
    Cap, button, etc - $20-30

no you should be fine, but ignition wires aren't goin to make a big difference, the blue NGK's are the best bet...why? Because OEM and NGK share the same characteristics, unlike BIGGER wires, these are CONSISTANT, where as bigger are not. Get it? And where are my reps at! lol, j/k
