use ur stock jack to raise it enough to slide the ramps underneath. but u eithger have to get a second jack from another car or do one side at a time.... ur best bet tho is in the future buy a jack for a lowered car and some stands... also u can buy the oil u use and go to a shop and pay them 10 bucks to just change the oil...
