Default What should I replace when swap'n motors?

I'm about to do my first engine swap, so I was wondering what should I change/replace better I drop the swap in?

Timing belt, water pump, basically any belts and gaskets. Depending on the mileage i'd consider going ahead and taking the head off and putting on a new head gasket and having new valve seals put in. Also now would be the best time to install a new clutch also. These are all things I SHOULD have done before I put my swap in.

Yeah, valve cover and exhaust isn't to bad in the car, but intake manifold gasket sucks and the oil pan gasket sucks too.
