I'm on bimmerforums.com too. Use it WAY more than here. Prior to that I was on stangnet and rs25...I prefer to stick to vehicle specific forums to HOPEFULLY finding people that are more knowledgeable about the vehicle.

That said, I'm trying to rectify the image of the average BMW driver. I let semi's get over, I tend not to cut people off, and I acknowledge others on the road. First day down in Kennesaw after my move (only had the car a week) I came up behind another e36 M3 at a Wendy's drive thru. Guy was a complete ass - looked right at me but didn't acknowledge me in any way, acted like he was hot shit (looked like he needed a shower, greasy bastard). All I wanted to know was what exhaust he had on the car and how he liked it, maybe get him to rev for me. Any 'stang owner would've been more than happy to acknowledge and ablige such a request.

Anyway, enough venting. BMW's are good cars, I enjoy mine already (in different ways than the 'stang), but "ricers" out there can smoke a lot of "luxury" sports cars and that is something I can live with.
