ok , here goes , we checked the vales and they were way off , we adjusted them to spec , and then tryed to do a compression test and got no reading at all , and it still wouldnt start , before i replaced the head it did read on the tester , but the numbers were all over the place , 50 in one , 60 in another 200 in one and 90 in the last one , hence why i got the new head, i am soooooo fuckin confused , HELP! i dont know what to do from here

now you have the valves adj and comp isn't leaking out of the head try the oil again on the pistons since you've been washing the rings w/ fuel.

if that doesn't work a rebuilt may be in order.

if you had compression before and you replace the head and you don't now it's 3 things:

valve need adj (you ended up doing that)
    head isn't sealing
    head is shot

have you ever reaplced a cylinder head before?
did you torque it according to specs?sequence?

i would try a cylinder leak down test overa compression test.

they range from 75 to 150 bucks .
if you can do a compression test the right way you can do a LEak down test . it will tell you where the cylinder is leaking compression

its rare, but I have seen a b series jump timing once or twice. Not a lot, but enough that it is not firing at the correct time.

Take everything down and put it back together. Make sure you check the headgasket.
