Polishing question for EJ

I asked him the same question before.

He said start with 600,800,1000,1500 grid and work your way up to 2000grid (with soap & water ONLY on 2000grid) and for the finish look, use Mother's Aluminum polish with a *clean towl,rag or w.e* Should come out pretty nice.

damn didnt think you remembered that.. But when you get to 1000grit you start sanding dry and when it feels smooth enough to you start wetsanding 1000-2000 grit and very soapy water..

Bush - Polish - is what I use on wheels and they have a sealer too for after to keep them from getting dull. I found the Mother's to be a little abrasive but if your married to Mother's then use the Billet polish instead of the Mag polish its much better.

I gotta lookin into that Billet polish, sounds like good stuff... Dont think ive ever seen it though..

that would be a bit more on the difficult side depending on the finish of the turbo.. If its a Turbonetics, they are already shiny you can just make it bling more.. Other turbos im not too sure..
