Default Region-Free DVD Player & VCR

Here is an Panasonic DVD-Player I don't need it anymore because I bought a TV that has the DVD-Player and the VCR built in. I have used this maybe a ballpark of about 10 times. it works really great, very little wait time unlike those others out there.

I will like to get $40 OBO only because its region-free

I will be including the following:
    *Panasonic DVD-S35 DVD-Player
    *The Power Cord
    *The RCA Wires
    *The S-Video Wire
    *The Remote Controller
    *Tape Rewinder
    *VCR with Remote

    Specs:

    Model Type: Single-Disc Player
    Model Color: Silver
    Still Picture Display (I/P/B)
