I have Smith and wesson SW40GP pistol it's been fired some but not but much i bought it used but never fired it. the pistol is 250 firm and I'll throw in a box of rounds with it

by the way these are legal guns you have to be over 18 and provide a valid drivers license for the gun sale we will both fill out

After speaking to multiple cops, it is 18 for any rifle or shotgun. And also 18 to simply but a handgun, BUT no concealed weapons license till 21 meaning you really cant transport it legally and it is in fact useless till you are 21.

the cops that you speak to are retarded and should not allow to be able to fire a gun. Nice guns and that is a STEAL on the pistol.

To buyer and seller, make sure you get the right paperwork (4473) to do the completion

i don't see anything about having to be 21

i think if you buy a handgun froma dealer you have to be 21 but not if its a private-doesn't quite make sense but thats gov't for ya

Nevermind I thought it said $200 for the .40. But you can get them brand new for $409.00 on the smith and wesson website.

when cops call in to check serial # to see if legit or not, it will not tell who the owner is...just tells them if its stolen or not.
