does it come with the swivel ceiling mount?
It does have a swivel mount, I think. It has a steel dual bracket to mount to the ceiling and two rings where the chains attach. It moves freely when hit. I don't remember when I bought it if it said those exact words in the description or not.

I am in Woodstock. Trickum & 92 area. Not sure how to help on mounting the bag. It was on a beam in my basement. I guess find a cross beam in your ceiling to mount it to.
Makes me want to fight
