Yeah, with a contract. Without, they are upwards of 300 bucks. Cingular no longer allows you to upgrade phones at the contract price anymore. So if you signed a 2 year contract a year ago, then you were like me. Your phone by this point is beat to hell and outdated, so you have to pay non contract price to get something different if you want it. Lucky for me, I had a blackberry(older model, no bluetooth) that I found someone to trade me straight up for his black razr.

So, if anyone has cingular and wants a new phone, then this is for you. Because even if my contract was up and I had the option to sign a new one for a good deal on a phone, fuck that. I would rather pay 200 more for the freedom to end my damn plan if i want to. Even then, this guy isn't unreasonable. 175 for a brand new phone period is good. The fact that it is one of the newest phones out makes it an even better deal. Maybe you can get lucky and find one for 150 in a month if you keep looking, but why wait?
