EWWW my hands are nasty, just got done working on my car LOL. But most of the scratches are light cept for the ones on the bottom right, which you can kinda see in the 3rd pic. But i was telling ancly you can call CS and tell them something is wrong with the phone and they will send u a free replacement.

I think YOU would have to do that...what is that? velcro on the back? Im seriously lookin to get one!

Nope bc im canceling the service which would mean the phone belongs to no one. You get the phone, call tmo, give them the IE number on the back, and set it up with your info. Call again in a couple weeks tell them somethings wrong and they should send you a free replacement. Ive done it numerous times b4 just not lately. Yea thats a velcro strip, i can just pull that off.

well that depends if your sidekick is within its warranty like a year or so.. I've done the same thing.. but mine has water damage now.. so with insurance I gotta pay a 110 to get a new one..
