    Used for about 1 month, everything is in good condition with everything in the box, including software and backup disk. Hardly had a chance to use it since i'm always on the desktop. Here are the specs:

    It goes for about 900 shipped for a refurbish online, and 1100 or so for a brand new one shipped.

    I'm asking for 900 obo. since this one is almost like brand new, and it's not a refurbish item. And please be advised that i said "obo". Not in a rush to sell so no low balling. I drive a 350 so please don't pm me and trying to trade me civic or integra parts + cash. i don't need sterio equipment. straight up cash sale.

    I'm also gonna vouch for these things.. my best friend just got the exact same laptop, and I have an older Toshiba Satellite S173, and the thing is indestructible. I've had mine 3 years, and in that time it's been to the track with me, been outside, been moved all over the place, been dropped off couch arms, been sat on, been scratched up, and it still takes a lickin and keeps coming back!

    Some things to watch, though, after experience with mine:
    --Where the power cord plugs in can become loose and begin to lose some connectivity. When I move my plug (like I bump it or accidentally tug it), it usually takes not only plugging it back into the back of the laptop, if it disconnects, but also kinda shaking it around and fiddling with it to get it to connect again.

    --Watch your PCMCIA slot drivers. My computer forgets that it has a PCMCIA slot a LOT.

    That's really it. Overall, amazing laptops, and if I had the cash I would pick this one up in a HEARTBEAT!

    i'm suprised this hasn't sold yet. If i had the money i'd jump on this. You shold hold it till either when the summer college semester starts. get some college students to buy this. or wait till may 18thish... senior high schoolers graduate and the second thing they want is a laptop...first is a car XD.

    yeah, it's hard to sell something close to a grand in import atlanta, that is not car related....

    most people either have a notebook already, or don't need a notebook, or don't have the funds for it.. but hopefully it sells or else it will be collecting dust.

    I've worked on hundreds of Toshiba's just like this one... or even perhaps this one. Great laptop, just a lil pricey from the factory... and that P4 in a laptop loves to drain the batteries real fast... none the less, if you ever wanna get rid of it for cheap-cheap, let me know. =]
