    Default 2BR house for rent. Downtown

    I have a 2BR house for rent, for cheap. 450/mo, includes water. Address is 197 Upshaw St SW, Atlanta, GA. virtually downtown. The pictures do make it look nicer than it is. The kitchen is a bit outdated. The neighborhood is low income, mostly older people(50+) but neighbors are nice, its a quiet street in a good area. Typical Utility Costs: (gas-45, electric-30ish). Comes with an extra 42" plasma I have, in living room (not to keep, but to use)
    Has a big driveway (fits 5 or so cars in it) and a rear patio, a basment for storage/workshop/growroom..j/k







    Kitchen now has new countertop and stainless sink/faucet

    this is atcualy a goood deal except for the roof looking like its about ot fall in on the backk top right side. 500 month is goood. also its in the swats? am i corect?
