    Looking for a roommate. I reside in a beautiful 2002 2story 3bd/2.5bt. House is located nicely on the highest point, looking over the whole subdivision (very nice and quite), very nice view from deck, family room, and master bedroom. Without the basement house comes to 2100sq.

    $400 plus utility, 12 month lease.

    I am 24m, laid back, chill, and as a young adult i do enjoy my time socially that might include few get together with friends. I have a steady job, i party, i am responsible, and looking for roommate along same guidelines. No drama people, someone laid back male or female.

    NO DRUGS or ANYTHING ILLEGAL will be allowed in the house, no pets, should know how to keep place of residence clean or clean up after their own mess, will share yard/house upkeep duties of common areas. 2 rooms available at the moment.

    Mater bedroom is also available, walk in closet, bedroom in HUGE, and master bath with garden tub, dual sinks (his/her), along with the bad ass view looking over the whole subdivision from the windows. No sharing bath room, privacy, 1 garage spot. $650

    I am working on finishing the basement myself, but it's big enough to support storage, work shop, game room (common area).

    If someone gets a room, can they use the garage? (whole thing). A friend of my dads needs a room, hes a truck driver so he'll only be home for like 3 days a week. During that time he fixes cars and sells them.

    1 garage space is given to anyone who takes up master bedroom, other will be mine or rented out. Second, not really looking to have garage running out of the houses garage. If he'd like to rent the room straight then that's no problem.
