want an apt all to yourself for cheap no lease signing
k well i found no suitable place to put this so i will post it in the WL since it gets a lot of traffic...anywho ive got and apt in athens ga and its rent by room. I rent one room and my fiance rents the other. the reason for that is b/c they will not let 2 people share a room. The room i rent we do not use at all and i am needing someone to move into it for the months of May, June and July. The rent here is 450.00 a month, but for whoever moves in will only have to pay 350.00 a month and i will cover the other 100.00 and i will also cover the utilities.....so uh somebody plz help me out im broke and need someone to move in. you will have the apt all to yourself from may 12th to until july 28th. the reason you will be by yourself is b/c im goin to basic training and my fiance is goin to africa for school...granted basic training is only 8 1/2 weeks as soon as i leave there im gone for training till sept 4. the apt complex mngmnt will not make you sign a sublease or anything you will only be dealing with me..Pm me if interested and no bullshit guys i need some help not jokes
