    If I recall correctly, the stand unbolts to make it taller or shorter.

    Not sure what exactly you mean by smaller?!

    Got ya...well, here's what I can try and explain...

    You'll have 3 large pieces that cannot be "broken down" as you mention...the first will be the pole that supports the bag, and the other two will be the sides that support the pole.

    I purchased this in a long, but thin box.

    i used to live in woodstock. Eagle watch to be exact. but anyway..it's about 40 min drive..gotta take 85 to 285 to 75 to 575 or take a local...but its not bad of a drive..
