    Yeah the difference between yours and min is that mine Vista Ultimate and it's not an upgrade. Yours is Vista Basic and the upgrade version.

    That's the OEM version, you can only install it on 1 PC. If that PC dies and you try to install it on another PC you can't activate it. You'll have to call microsoft and haggle with them to let you activate it again.

    Mine isn't the OEM version.

    The Upgrade Is Better...You Can Install Any Version You Want. Use It For 30 Days...You Can Crack It LOL. I Have Never Paid For An Os.
