if dude is so broke he has to sell old assed stuff,something tells me hes not gonna last here. maybe he should look else where. and take all if his visitors and patio furniture with him after all this isnt a frat house or a place for 18yr olds to act like a bunch of damn idiots block my driveway and have the landlord call us about all the damn noise and parking in the street
