    sorry, the model is pf10cedx, and it is steel strings.. the scratches.. u cant even see em, so dont worry about it.. you can come and look at it if you want.. im in woodstock

    new buyer can pick up some virtuoso polish and cleaner from guitar center and it would probably buff out awesome stuff i use it on all of my guitars. good guitar for a good price! perfect for beginners wanting to learn how to play!
