so technically, this isn't a phone, but you can use it to call over the internet? Is it hard to set that up or does it cost to do that?

I might be interested. I have an old skool Samsung I700 PDA from Verizon that I don't use for voice, only using for calendar/contacts, that I'm gonna put on ebay tomorrow. Once that's sold, I would love to get my hands on that Nokia!
