My girlfriend got herself a new laptop, and so her old one is up for grabs...
The stuff I did to the lappy was,
40GB HDD to a 80GB HDD
512MB DDR266 to a 1,024MB DDR400
Add a internal Wireless Card w/Ant.
CD-ROM to a DVD Burner w/Double Layer
Clean Install with XP Pro Sp2
I also install Microsoft Office Pro. 2007 and other useful software like Nero 8
Also installed Vista Inspirat 2 v.1.0, Looks like the new Vista but on the favorite stability Windows XP Pro.
The laptop will have a fresh install of XP Pro. with all above and a Brand New Battery which is in the mail. I'm including a DVD with the drivers, programs you might need and games and a copy of Office 2007 incase of a reinstall needed. Also a copy of Windows XP Pro. Sp2... And a 60 day warranty...
