i think he's talking about the bass control the one that you can hook up inside the car. lets you choose how hard you want your thump from inside the car.

He's talking about a separate bass knob. One that plugs into the amp (by the phone jack looking thing) and extends the bass gain to the front of the car by a small wire.
But regardless, this is a damn good deal.
