    PM'ed again to resolve an issue...be cautious buying from him...i bought the iPod and it freezes on the songs he has loaded in it and it will not sync to the new library and the new iTunes i JUST downloaded on my computer iTunes says its done syncing but no songs show up on the iPod...i had a couple loaded but it froze instantly while i tried to play a song...i'm waiting on his response on what he will do about this considering he knew it was messed up....he had about 45 songs on there and when i got it i believe a total of 3 played without freezing...tell me he didnt know it was messed up...funny how he even said in the thread above that it works...doesnt seem that way to me
