Phone is locked to Cingular, some scratches as it was my primary work phone and not kept in a case. Has stylus and will include a 256mb MiniSD card. When sold, phone will be reset to factory settings.

Sorry my picture skills aren't the best, but at least you can get the idea. On the back of the phone, around the bottom left is some surface scuffs. In the picture with the Stylus, you can see directly above the stylus (on the right), a hairline crack and just below the stylus (again, on the right), you can see some surface scuffs.
