True. I don't have any that small...mostly screws for working on a PC.

Otherwise it's in new condition. Opened to inspect it. Then left it in my watch box after I lost the screw. It was while I was trying to find where the butane nozzle went in. LoL!

LoL it's like an old thing I've done ... back in the day when I was into computers more so than cars.

You take an old keychain, remove the links + ring.

1/8" drill bit and drill a hole near the corner of the chip. Attatch links w/ring and there ya go a keyring!

Thanks. It's new really. I've only used it for 1 hour before being switched out for the Vantec.

    What will you be running?

    CPU
    HD (# of HDs)
    GPU(s)

I may have a PSU wattage calculator if you need it. Just input what devices you'll be running off the PSU and it'll tell you how much you need.

I needed one with a bit more power to run the pump needed for water cooling and updated video card.

    AMD anthlon 64 X2 3800+, 2gig ddr800, radeon X1600 pro 512mg, sb audigy, 2X200gig samsing SATA hdd.

I know its enough juice, im not running anything super power intensive, but theres also the usual 6 80mm fans, fan controller, CCFL tubes, such and such.

I'm just worried about being to close to the limit and burning it prematurely.

You're right that is pretty much near it's limit. I would go with a 500W to be safe with a good 12V rail. I wouldn't lie to ya and try to make you buy it.

Can be for anything you want really. I just thought it'd be cool for a computer window.

Plexi can always be cut to size. Unless you want a windshield sized piece then we're getting up in cost lol.
