    The headset and case were extras. And, yes, I bought from eBay phone + $20 headset and +$30 case included for $292. So, I paid $242 in reality for the phone. You want $320 for just a phone.

    PRICED CHANGED FOR PHONE TO 305.00!!! and this does come with a headset just not a case.

    And Spooky ET didn't tell ya but he had to pay probably 18-22 dollars for shipping as well.

    Yes, I have paid that. However, one closed yesterday for $280 with $20 shipping, which equals $300. One may be luck to get one for $250 on eBay. It happend many times before.

    Forizzles thats a good deal but a deal is a deal. It's a one in a million kind of chance. This is still under what normal price of what is being sold by retailers and ebay. So this should be considered still a very good deal.!! woot

    Have you tested it with a T-Mobile/Cingular sim card to see if it's unlocked?

    Well, they now changed their story. They said that the phone is locked and they had to send it back for unlocking before they ship it to me.

    This is what I bought.

    I'm thinking of getting a refund and buying this one.

    I'm feeling a little uncomfortable buying yours since you opened the box. I don't know. I might buy yours for $300 if you convince me otherwise.
